Training bookings
This website does not collect payments. For bookings or payments made with EDUScol maroc, the terms supplied at booking and applicable statutory rights must be considered. This page does not introduce a new fee schedule or a universal refund deadline.
Before paying
Request written confirmation of the course, dates, total amount and cancellation, rescheduling and refund conditions. Ask for any additional charges to be specified.
Submit a request
Email contact@eduscolmaroc.ma or select “Cancellation / refund request” in the contact form. Include the course, planned date and booking reference if available. Do not send a complete payment-card number. Your request will be reviewed; submission does not mean a refund has been approved or issued.
Statutory rights
Mandatory rights remain applicable, including any withdrawal right for qualifying distance contracts, subject to the relevant legal conditions and exceptions. This page is not a blanket no-refunds policy.
